Journey
as
a
Lettering
Artist
As
a
lover
of
all
things
creative
and
a
self-proclaimed
life-long
learner,
when
I
discovered
the
world
of
lettering
and
calligraphy,
I
knew
I
had
found
my
calling.
There
was
something
so
satisfying
about
using
my
hands
to
create
beautiful,
intricate
designs
while
also
honing
my
skills
and
continuously
improving
my
craft. I
started
out
just
playing
around
with
different
pens
and
lettering
styles
in
my
free
time,
but
soon
enough,
I
found
myself
getting
more
serious
about
it.
I
started
watching
video
tutorials,
reading
books
and
blogs
on
the
topic,
and
even
taking
courses
to
learn
more
advanced
techniques. Over
time,
I
began
to
develop
my
own
unique
style,
incorporating
elements
from
various
lettering
styles
that
I
admired
while
also
adding
my
own
personal
touches.
I
discovered
that
lettering
was
not
only
a
form
of
artistic
expression,
but
it
also
allowed
me
to
express
myself
and
my
ideas
in
new
and
exciting
ways. Through
my
lettering,
I
have
been
able
to
create
custom
designs
for
my
friends'
and
family's
special
occasions,
as
well
as
gain
clients
for
commissioned
artwork.
It's
also
a
way
for
me
to
disconnect
from
the
fast-paced
world
we
live
in
and
to
really
focus
on
the
task
at
hand. Lettering
may
seem
like
a
small
hobby
that
would
eventually
fade
away,
but
for
me,
it
has
become
a
passion
that
I
